This policy covers information submitted through EdgeFlow's website — the contact form, the Private membership application, and any future account or checkout flows.

What is collected

Contact form: name, email address and message content. Private application: the fields described on the application page, including contact details, trading experience and stated intentions — never login credentials, bank details, card numbers, government ID numbers or copies of identity documents.

How it is used

Submitted information is used only to respond to enquiries and to assess Private membership applications. It is not sold, and it is not sent to advertising or analytics tools.

Retention

Applications that are declined are retained only as long as necessary and then deleted on a defined schedule. Access to stored applications is role-restricted.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have submitted by contacting talktous@edgeflowresearch.com.
