Privacy Policy

This policy explains how EdgeFlow, ABN 13 655 323 272, handles personal information when you visit the website, contact us, apply for EdgeFlow Private, create an account, purchase a membership or use member software and services.

Information we collect

  • Account and authentication: name, email address, account identifiers and authentication records.
  • Contact and applications: enquiries, support correspondence and information supplied in a Private application, including trading experience and stated objectives.
  • Membership and licensing: purchased offering, licence and entitlement records, MT5 account identifiers, seat bindings, software access and release activity.
  • Transactions: checkout, payment, refund and subscription metadata received from our payment processor. EdgeFlow should not receive your full payment card number.
  • Technical and security data: IP address, device and browser information, security and access logs, and general country or location signals used for eligibility, fraud prevention and security.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: session and authentication data needed to keep accounts secure and the site working, plus analytics and advertising-measurement technologies described below.
  • Website usage analytics: pages viewed, navigation between pages, approximate location, device, browser and referring source, collected through Google Analytics 4 only if you accept analytics cookies, without names, email addresses, account identifiers or licence keys.
  • Advertising measurement: the advertising platform's own click reference where a visit arrives from an EdgeFlow advertisement, used to credit that advertisement if a purchase is later completed.

How we use information

  • Provide accounts, memberships, licensing, secure downloads, support and Private application review.
  • Process and reconcile transactions, subscriptions, cancellations and refunds.
  • Bind authorised MT5 seats and enforce product access and geographic eligibility.
  • Communicate about your account, purchases, security, support requests and material service changes.
  • Protect members and EdgeFlow from fraud, misuse, unauthorised access and other security threats.
  • Meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and maintain appropriate business records.
  • Measure website usage in aggregate and the effectiveness of EdgeFlow advertising, so the site and our campaigns can be improved.

Payment information

Payments are handled by a specialist payment processor. Payment card details are entered into that processor's hosted checkout and EdgeFlow should not receive or store full card numbers. EdgeFlow receives transaction and subscription information needed to provide the purchased membership and support billing.

Who we disclose information to

We disclose information only where reasonably needed to providers supporting hosting, database and account authentication, payments, email delivery, infrastructure, security and customer support; to professional advisers; to authorities where legally required; or in connection with a business reorganisation subject to appropriate protections. Providers may process information in countries other than your own, depending on where their systems and personnel operate.

EdgeFlow does not sell personal information.

Security

EdgeFlow uses reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. No internet service is completely secure, so you should also protect your sign-in details and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised account activity.

Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain licensing and transaction records, handle support and disputes, protect security and meet legal, accounting and operational obligations. Retention varies by the type of record and the reason it is held. Information is deleted or de-identified when it is no longer reasonably required, subject to lawful exceptions.

Access, correction and deletion

You may ask to access or correct your personal information, or request deletion where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, transaction or dispute purposes. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Cookies, analytics and similar technologies

The site uses essential session, authentication and security technologies, and also uses Google Analytics 4 for aggregate website analytics and stores an advertising click reference for campaign measurement. Google acts as a recipient of the analytics information and may process it outside your country. EdgeFlow does not send names, email addresses, account identifiers, licence keys or payment details to Google Analytics. Google Analytics only runs if you accept analytics in the cookie banner; you can reject it, and withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer, as described in the Cookie Policy. Optional marketing emails are a separate choice made only through an unticked box and email confirmation, and are not affected by your cookie choice.
