Cookie Policy
Last updated: 13 October 2026
This policy explains how EdgeFlow uses cookies and similar technologies, including browser storage and session tokens, on its website and member services.
What is currently used
EdgeFlow currently uses essential cookies and similar technologies needed to operate account sign-in, maintain secure sessions, protect the service and remember information required for core website and member functions. Depending on the browser and sign-in flow, this information may be stored in a cookie, local browser storage or another session mechanism.
Essential technologies
These technologies support authentication, session continuity, account security, fraud prevention and delivery of requested services. Blocking or deleting them may sign you out or prevent account, checkout, billing and secure-download functions from working correctly.
Analytics
EdgeFlow uses Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to understand how the website is used in aggregate, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors move between them. Google Analytics sets cookies and uses similar browser storage to distinguish visitors and sessions, and collects technical information including IP address, device and browser characteristics, referring source and pages viewed. This information is processed by Google as a recipient on EdgeFlow's behalf and may be processed outside your country.
Google Analytics is optional and only loads after you select “Accept analytics” in the cookie banner. If you reject, or make no choice, no Google Analytics script is loaded and no Google Analytics cookies are set.
EdgeFlow does not send names, email addresses, account identifiers, licence keys or payment details to Google Analytics, and does not use it to identify individuals. Page addresses are reported without query parameters.
Advertising measurement
Where a visit arrives from an EdgeFlow advertisement, the advertising platform's own click reference is stored in your browser's local storage and returned to that platform if a purchase is later completed, so the advertisement can be credited. This reference is an opaque identifier and is not used to build a profile of you.
With your permission, EdgeFlow also uses a StackAdapt advertising pixel to measure and retarget its advertising — for example, to show EdgeFlow advertisements to people who have visited this website. StackAdapt may set cookies or use similar technologies and process technical information such as IP address and device characteristics, which may be processed outside your country. The StackAdapt pixel is optional and only loads after you select “Accept advertising” in the cookie banner. If you reject, or make no choice, the pixel is never loaded.
Your choices
On your first visit a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies and, separately, advertising cookies; “Reject” and “Accept” are equally available for each. You can change or withdraw your choices at any time using “Cookie settings” in the site footer; withdrawing analytics stops it and removes Google Analytics cookies set on this site, and withdrawing advertising stops the StackAdapt pixel from loading on subsequent pages. Your choices are stored in your browser so we do not ask again on every page. You can also block or delete cookies and site data in your browser, or install Google's Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Blocking analytics or advertising does not affect your ability to use the website; blocking essential technologies may.
Managing browser data
Most browsers let you inspect, block or delete cookies and stored site data. Your browser's help or privacy settings explain how. Removing essential data may end your session and require you to sign in again.
